The Deaf Action Center was in dire need of a new facility, as it had become dilapidated after 37 years, and was now longer able to serve its purpose. With NHA's guidance and explanation of how to build and steer our affordable housing project, DAC was able to develop several successful and key partnerships within the Dallas community.
